Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:
- Experience scoping, shaping, and leading technology-based R&D projects within complex environments.
- Experience working with digital mining technologies, especially automation.
- Experience influencing key stakeholders in a large, cross-functional environment.
- A high level of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and commitment to lead and deliver outcomes.
