This issue sought to understand the factors that might entice industry professionals to either transition in or out of the industry. Among the insights uncovered, the survey gathered data to support and demonstrate that the Renewable Energy industry is potentially enticing talent away from the Conventional Energy industry as the green economy continues to grow.
