Recruitment that scales when you do
Hiring has become more complex. From skills shortages and new markets to project deadlines and shifting demand. Internal teams are expected to do more, with less. And when recruitment becomes a barrier to growth, it’s time for a different approach.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) gives you a dedicated recruitment team that becomes an extension of your business. We find the specialist talent you need, helping you scale quickly without the cost of building additional internal recruitment capability.

FAQs
So what actually is RPO?
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) means handing over some or all of your recruitment to a dedicated team that works as part of your business, not just a supplier you call when a role opens up. Instead of filling vacancies one at a time like a traditional recruitment agency, an RPO provider takes ownership of your whole hiring process and builds something repeatable and strategic around it.
How is RPO different from using a recruitment agency?
A recruitment agency usually works reactively, you send them a role, they send you candidates. RPO takes a different approach. We become an extension of your team, managing your entire recruitment cycle rather than working request by request, which means better consistency, better data, and a process that genuinely improves over time instead of resetting with every new hire.
What's the difference between Flexible, Project, Enterprise, and Hybrid RPO?
The right RPO model depends on how much of the recruitment process you want to outsource. Flexible RPO allows you to scale support up or down, whether you need help with a single hiring project or a fully integrated recruitment function. Project RPO is designed for specific recruitment initiatives, such as major projects, periods of rapid growth, or seasonal hiring peaks. Enterprise RPO provides a fully outsourced solution, with end-to-end ownership of your recruitment strategy and delivery, while Hybrid RPO embeds our specialists alongside your existing team to provide targeted support wherever it's needed most.
What actually happens once we start working together?
There's a clear path from day one. We assess your hiring needs, design a solution around them, set it up, test and validate it, then go live and keep refining as we go. Nothing is left to guesswork, and the process is built around how your business actually operates rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
Does RPO only cover finding candidates?
Not at all. A well-run RPO partnership can also cover employer branding, workforce planning, onboarding support (contracts, inductions, documentation), skills and psychometric assessments, background checks, and ongoing reporting, so you're gaining a full recruitment system, not just a pipeline of candidates.
Can RPO help with our diversity and inclusion goals?
Yes. If DEI is already part of your hiring strategy, or something you're looking to build, we can help identify gaps in your current process and bring a more tailored, inclusive approach to how you attract and hire talent.
Will RPO cost more than handling recruitment in-house?
Not necessarily. In many cases, RPO makes recruitment spend more predictable rather than more expensive. You're investing in a strategic process built around your goals rather than reacting role by role, which typically means faster hires and stronger-quality talent for a more forecastable cost.
Is RPO only suited to companies hiring at scale?
Not at all. It works well for high-volume hiring, but it's equally effective for organisations expanding into a new market, delivering a single major project, struggling to find hard-to-reach technical specialists, or simply looking for more consistency and better reporting across their recruitment process.
