Introduction

Brunel is looking to hire a Execution Planning Advisor to work with a major oil and gas company in Malaga, NM on a long term contract!

What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop execution planning deliverables and timelines to support business cases from the Planning for Development phase through Gates 1-3.
  • Serve as the FEEP Coordinator, leading FEEP Phases 1 and 2 by facilitating workshops, managing work programs, and integrating execution bases for various project stages.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of FEEP deliverables, monitor progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Secure alignment on project deliverables with functional teams and project management.
  • Provide support during the Execute stage, including schedule recovery efforts and risk assessments.
  • Advise on execution planning at various Gate stages, contributing to project reviews and overseeing key processes.
  • Mentor new engineers in execution planning and support campus hire assignments.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, including project management, execution, and capital project leadership.
  • Exposure to international projects, with flexibility for travel as needed.
