Introduction
Brunel International is seeking an experienced Crusher Specialist for a FIFO position based in Papua New Guinea (PNG). This is a hands-on specialist role suitable for candidates with extensive operational knowledge in crusher and sizer equipment. About this role
As a Crusher Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and optimisation of crusher and sizer equipment, primarily the MMD 650 sizer or similar. You will oversee conveyor belts, feeders, grizzly and hopper systems, and support loader/excavator operations for optimal feeding processes. Managing throughput at approximately 600 tonnes per hour (tph) and general Run-of-Mine (ROM) pad improvements will be key components of your role. Your hands-on involvement will ensure equipment reliability and operational excellence within a FIFO roster in PNG.
Is this you?
- Extensive crusher and sizer operational experience; maintenance knowledge is highly advantageous
- Practical experience with MMD 650 sizer or equivalent equipment preferred
- Proficient in conveyor belt and feeder systems
- Strong understanding of loader/excavator operations for feeding purposes
- Knowledge of grizzly and hopper systems with 600mm specifications
- Experience managing throughput at around 600tph
- Proven ability to manage and improve ROM pad operations
- 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience desirable
- Ability to work hands-on in a demanding FIFO environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
