Introduction

What are you going to do

Key responsibilities:

Manage cloud-based solutions such as Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments
Oversee backup, disaster recovery and storage solutions, ensuring performance and reliability
System updates, security patching
Hardening systems including firewalls, servers and endpoints
Work with clients to understand business needs
Develop quotes and proposals for IT projects including
Hardware procurement, liaising with vendors and suppliers

Essential skills and knowledge

Technical Requirements:

Microsoft 365 environments (Intune, Defender, Exchange Online)
Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022)
Active Directory, including advanced Group Policy and domain management
Networking fundamentals

To be successful in this role you will have:

5+ years experience in IT systems engineering
Proven experience in managing complex IT systems in managed services or enterprise environments.
