Introduction

We are currently seeking a Senior Buyer to support the procurement scope of the FPSO FEED project and provide additional support for JOC procurement activities. This is a newly created position within the Project Services department, offering a 12-month contract with potential for renewal

What are you going to do

Lead strategic procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
Prepare and issue inquiries, commercial bid tabulations, and purchase orders
Conduct vendor negotiations and ensure documentation quality
Support AML/AVL development and national industry mapping (up to 3rd-tier vendors)
Verify vendor declarations on local content percentages
Initiate and manage Master List development
Ensure compliance with Indonesian procurement regulations (APDN, P3DN, SKK Migas PTK 007)
Uphold ISO standards across procurement activities (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001, 29001, 22301, 37001)
Promote ethical procurement practices and ensure fair vendor selection
Collaborate with internal teams to define procurement strategies and mitigate risks
Support quality, HSES, ISMS, BCMS, and ABMS campaigns and initiatives

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects
Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, logistics, and local regulatory frameworks
Skilled in negotiation, vendor mapping, and local content verification
Fluent in English
Able to work independently and under pressure
