Introduction

On behalf of our client, a Global Oil & Gas Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Project Administration Assistant located in Chinchilla, Queensland. This is a casual contract open to residential candidates.

What are you going to do

  • Project Administration support to the Upstream Projects Team
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary arrangements for site team
  • Provide monthly camp allocation numbers
  • IT requests and management & coordination of fleet vehicles maintenance / pool vehicle requests
  • PPE requests for personnel, contractor expense claims
  • Updating MS Excel spreadsheets and preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Calendar management
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and conferences - minute taking and preparing agendas
  • Maintain electronic filing systems
  • Some domestic travel may be required

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Exceptional experience in maintaining information/data
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within a busy corporate environment
  • Experience in taking responsibility for tasks and seeing through to completion
  • Advanced in MS Office Suite
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and be team supportive
