Introduction

  • To provide professional and sufficient support to HRBP team members in their activities of resourcing the organization, managing talent development and coaching managers in daily and monthly activities, as well as during absence of any HRBP.
  • To ensure the company has the necessary resources to achieve its short, medium and long term work program, by supporting in HRBP analytical and reporting tasks, and act as a source of HRBP support when needed.

What are you going to do 

  • To cover and deputize HRBPs non - critical areas during their absence or leave, in coordination and under supervision of the Head of HRBP.
  • Draft and modify templates, forms, reports, presentations and memos in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy, at the request of the Head HRBP.
  • Follow up, and participate in action plans with the HRBPs for succession planning, secondment planning, Closure forecasts, etc.
  • Create, implement and maintain standard list, data reports and dashboards to support the HR business partners interactions with their business.
  • Monitor progress of internal and external recruitment and liaise with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits to ensure the organization obtains the necessary resources without delay.
  • Identify delay reasons and lagging time, if any, and propose solutions for a more efficient process.
  • With the HRBPs, define the HRBP reporting and dashboarding needs and liaise with HRSP and DBS to develop the reports and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain operating rhythm of the HR Business Partnering team.
  • Liaise with Recruitment and provide weekly progress report to the HRBPs on external recruitment.
  • Based on the workforce planning, raise the MRFs and provide weekly progress report of the approval workflow to HRBPs
  • Manage the common email of the HRBP and that emails are handled in time manners.
  • Draft memos, disciplinary letters on behalf of the HRBP team
  • Any adhoc request by the head of HRBP.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor education level in business administration - Degree, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years minimum experience in HR or in roles with a strong HR interaction
  • Mastery of Microsoft office products (Power point, Word, Excel, etc...).
  • Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Verbal, written and spoken), proficiency in Arabic language is a plus
  • Maturity and strongly developed interpersonal skills
  • A good communicator (both as a presenter and as a listener), able to ensure that key issues are communicated effectively to those who will be required to implement them, in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, organized, flexible, open to other cultures, autonomous, good team player, proactive, high attention to details, good problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure that all information, written and verbal, obtained in the course of the work is handled in strict confidence.
