What are you going to do

Lead the design phase of a large-scale multi-residential development ($100M+)
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants
Ensure designs meet budget, program, and quality requirements
Review and approve design documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior design staff
Collaborate with project managers to align design with construction delivery

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 5 years' experience in design management on delivery-side multi-residential projects
MUST have worked for a contractor
Proven track record managing projects over $100M
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience liaising with consultants, clients, and contractors
