What are you going to do

Supporting the Head of Design, you'll assist with coordinating design activities from concept to construction. You'll help keep information flowing, support project schedules, and contribute to the smooth delivery of design work.

Support the Head of Design with day-to-day project tasks
Assist with coordination between design teams and stakeholders
Help manage project documentation and design information
Support meetings and follow up on actions
Provide general assistance to the design team as required

Essential skills and knowledge

Junior-level professional with a background in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience can come from a consultancy or contractor environment
Interested in gaining exposure to the delivery side of projects
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
Basic understanding of design documentation, drawings, and project workflows is a plus
