Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing supplier invoices, client invoices and payments
  • Following up outstanding payments and tracking debtors
  • Managing deposits and progress claims
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Completing project data entry and administration in Jobpac
  • Maintaining accurate project and financial records
  • Assisting with contracts, variations and EOTs
  • General project and office administration
  • Supporting staff onboarding, office supplies and company events

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 1-3 years' experience working for a builder
  • Previous experience across AP/AR or accounts administration
  • Strong administration, data entry and organisational skills
  • Jobpac experience highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and team-focused approach

What we offer

  • $85,000 - $110,000 + super (based on experience)
