Completions Engineer / Coordinator

Completions Engineer/Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that all systems, subsystems, and components are fully completed, tested, and verified to meet project specifications and ready for handover to operations. This role spans both mechanical completions and commissioning phases, bridging the gap between construction and operations

• Manage and maintain completions documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are stored in the completions management system.
• Assist in tracking project milestones and completions progress, coordinating with project teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and distribute inspection test records (ITRs) and other key documentation for mechanical completions and pre-commissioning activities.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of punch list items, supporting the resolution and closeout process.
• Generate and compile reports on completions status, providing updates to management and project teams.
• Coordinate documentation handover between construction, commissioning, and operations teams for project closeout.
• Monitor the integrity of data in the completions management software, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Support the completions team by organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and following up on outstanding tasks.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations throughout the completions process.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure completion documentation is accurate and timely.
