Introduction

About this role

  • Operate forklifts to unload and load materials, ensuring safe handling and storage.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, promptly addressing discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in general warehouse maintenance, keeping the work environment clean and organised.

Is this you?

  • Experience in warehousing and logistics preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Forklift licence - essential.
  • NHVAS Load & Unload course completion.
  • NHVAS Chain of Responsibility Awareness Level 1.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is highly regarded.
