You'll coordinate with contractors, help manage project‑governance deliverables and contribute to tender, procurement and project‑management support. About this role

  • Support tendering and contractor selection
  • Coordinate project deliverables under the capital‑project governance framework
  • Interface between project team, contractors and execution teams to ensure work meets project specs/standards.
  • Monitor execution progress, support change‑control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage project documentation and records - drawings, reports, change logs, close‑out packages and handover documents.
  • Aid in project schedule, cost and risk tracking; support reporting and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team on offshore decommissioning/completions activities.

Is this you?

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and quality / compliance conscious.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office, documentation tools).
  • Motivation, proactivity, adaptability and willingness to learn.
