Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy, a Global Energy Group, Brunel is presently sourcing a Maintenance Coordinator - Structural Piping. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and overseeing of Structural and Piping repair, and replacement campaigns, driving execution readiness and delivery excellence. 12 month contract located in the Perth CBD.

About this role

  • Develop campaign plans based on work order priority, execution synergies and available resource profile
  • Develop cost estimates, control financial commitments, track spend and maintain cost forecast to ensure alignment with budgets
  • Manage contractor interfaces and ensure alignment with scope and schedule expectations
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including contractor interfaces to ensure conformance with deliverables, schedules and cost objectives
  • Develop installation estimates covering hours, duration and resource type and quantity based on scope complexity and access requirements
  • Coordinate procurement of parts and materials to support execution readiness
  • Monitor progress, validate scope readiness and ensure compliance with campaign readiness requirements and milestones

Is this you?

  • Strong foundation in maintenance coordination, including end-to-end workflow management
  • Proficient in SAP, work order resourcing, and maintenance planning systems
  • Preferred experience with Offshore Piping and Structural Repair scopes
  • Effective stakeholder engagement across Engineering, Operations and Planning Teams
  • Skilled in risk management and issue resolution
  • Demonstrated HSEQ acumen and safety leadership
  • Proven ability to contribute to a positive team culture and support development
  • Trade or Engineering background in Structural or Piping disciplines
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • Previous experience in Offshore Maintenance coordination is preferred
