About this role

  • Provide hands-on admin support to the Construction and Commercial teams, keeping projects running smoothly.
  • Work closely with Contract Administrators and Project Managers on budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Process subcontractor and supplier invoices in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
  • Prepare and manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders, variations, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain accurate project registers, RFIs, approvals, and other key documentation.
  • Draft and manage correspondence with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, compliant, and supports successful project delivery

Is this you?

  • Experience in commercial administration/accounts
  • Experience in the construction industry in an administrative role
  • Proactive Administrator with experience supporting Construction and Commercial teams across residential and commercial projects.
  • Skilled in processing subcontractor and supplier invoices, managing purchase orders, variations, and subcontract agreements.
  • Maintains accurate project registers, including RFIs, variations, approvals, and key project documentation.
  • Drafts and manages correspondence with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively across multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to supporting efficient and compliant project operations.
