About this role
- Oversee operations on site, ensuring landscape and civil works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment across various project phases
- Interpret and implement construction plans, drawings, and specifications with precision
- Manage the installation of earthworks, drainage, retaining walls, pavements, irrigation systems, turfing, and planting
- Monitor and enforce site safety, environmental standards, and quality control procedures
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project progress
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and resource planning to meet project timelines
- Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress updates, site inspections, and incident reports
Is this you?
- Experience in landscaping and/or civil works (ideally in commercial or infrastructure projects).
- Strong leadership skills - you know how to keep a team motivated and productive.
- A solid understanding of site safety, machinery, and construction processes.
- A proactive, problem solving mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Drivers' license (a must)

The salary bracket depending on experience is $110,000 - $130,000 + super + veichle and everything else you will require to suceed in the position.
