Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Professional Administration Assistant. This will be a casual contract located at their Corporate premises in the Perth CBD, 9 day fortnight!

About this role

  • Onboarding (Contractor, Employee, Agency) including, but not limited to account creation computer and office equipmentand site-based equipment and materials (including PPE)
  • Offboarding (contractor, employee, agency)
  • Site mobilisation support
  • Ariba/Procurement - raising purchase requests as required
  • Coordinate workshops for events and department meetings
  • Manage accountabilities for all IS system access (ie shared emails, distribution lists, role groups, SharePoint access)
  • Provide cross functional administrative support across all assets including leave coverage
  • Interface with contractors and stakeholders in the provision of catering, materials and supplies
  • Ordering of office ergonomic equipment and stationery as required
  • Complex international and domestic travel bookings
  • Desk / floorplan management
  • Document formatting
  • General administrative duties

Is this you?

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, or business support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings or events is preferred
  • Understanding of procurement processes or ability to raise purchase requests
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
