Als Werkvoorbereider bij Brunel speel je een sleutelrol in de realisatie van complexe civiele bouwprojecten in België. Je bent de schakel tussen ontwerp, planning en uitvoering en zorgt dat elk detail op technisch en organisatorisch vlak klopt. Dankzij jouw vooruitdenken voorkom je knelpunten en draag je bij aan een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering.
What are you going to do
In deze rol sta je in voor: * Analyseren van de uitvoerbaarheid van plannen en afstemmen met ontwerp, uitvoering en leveranciers.
* Coördineren van planning, logistiek en materieelkeuze. * Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes en meewerken aan contractvorming met onderaannemers.
* Opvolgen van vorderingen, kosten en administratie. * Meewerken aan veiligheidsanalyses en -plannen.
Essential skills and knowledge
Hard skills
- Master of bachelor Bouwkunde (industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur) of gelijkwaardige ervaring. * Ervaring op minimaal twee civiele bouwprojecten.
* Sterke technische kennis en analytisch vermogen. * Ervaring met planning, contractvorming en budgetbewaking.
Soft skills
- Sterk in communicatie en samenwerking. * Oplossingsgericht en besluitvaardig.
* Organisatorisch talent en teamspeler.
