What are you going to do

In Absprache mit dem Team schaltest du Stellenanzeigen
Du führst Erstgesprächen mit Kandidaten:innen und übernimmst nach Einarbeitung auch Vorstellungsgespräche
Bei der Personalsuche auf Karriereplattformen gehst du aktiv auf Kandidaten:innen zu
Du unterstützt das Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben rund um das Recruiting

Essential skills and knowledge

Immatrikulierter Student (w/m/d)

Lust auf Active Sourcing
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
