Introduction
FIFO opportunity from Perth for an experienced Serviceperson - Water Services (Fuel Truck Operator) on a 7/7 day shift roster. Responsible for in-field refuelling of generators and pumps, conducting safety checks, and maintaining fuel logs to ensure smooth site operations. Ideal for candidates with an HR Licence and previous fuel truck or mobile plant refuelling experience seeking a stable, ongoing role.
What are you going to do
- Safely operate a fuel truck to complete refuelling of generators and pumps in-field.
- Conduct daily pre-starts, safety checks, and routine maintenance of the fuel truck.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refuelling to avoid equipment downtime.
- Adhere to strict safety and environmental procedures, including spill prevention and reporting.
- Maintain accurate fuel logs and report any discrepancies or maintenance issues.
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure smooth fuel supply operations.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Experience in a similar role, such as fuel truck operation, serviceperson, or mobile plant refuelling.
- HR Licence (required).
- Ability to work independently and follow site safety protocols.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
