Commissioning & Completions Experts to support world-class projects in Europe. We're looking for degree holders with 10+ years of experience in their field to join a dynamic, international team.

What are you going to do 

The Telecom Commissioning Specialist will commission the plant's critical communications infrastructure, including industrial LAN/WAN systems, public address, CCTV, radio systems, fiber optics, and emergency communication networks. Ensuring reliable and secure communication for safety and operational efficiency is central to this role.

  • Commission telecom systems including PAGA, IP telephony, CCTV, VHF/UHF radios, and network infrastructure.
  • Perform functional testing, configuration, and documentation of all telecom systems in line with design.
  • Interface with electrical and automation teams for system integration and validation.
  • Ensure telecom systems comply with cybersecurity and operational standards.
  • Support punch list clearance and readiness for system handover.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or IT Systems.
  • 10-15 years of commissioning experience, preferably including upstream and downstream project exposure.
  • Strong background in international projects is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in fiber optic networks, structured cabling, and IP-based communication systems.
  • Awareness of industrial cybersecurity and network segmentation.
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage.
