What are you going to do

KaufmännischeAuftragsabwicklung:

  • Die Hauptaufgaben des Landesbeauftragten liegen in der selbständigen Erzeugung, Bearbeitung, Spezifizierung, Beschaffung, Administration und Verwaltung von Kundenangeboten und -aufträgen in der Projekt- und Auftragsphase für den Fachbereich-Integrated Product Support (IPS) in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Schnittstellenpartnern im Standardprozeß. Dadurch bildet der techn. Exportkaufmann das ganze Aufgabengebiet eines Kaufmann fachlich ab.

Sonstige Aufgaben:

  • Angebotserstellung Ersatzteile Folgeversorgung (Identifikation ET, UAN-Anfragen, Kalkulation)
  • Auftragsabwicklung Ersatzteile Folgeversorgung (Auftragseingang bis Fakturierung)
  • Zuarbeit zur monatlichen Meldung Auftragsbestand
  • Sammeln und Ordnen aller kostenrelevanten Unterlagen (z.B. Angebote, Bestellkopien etc.)
  • Aufbereiten aller relevanten Daten und Unterlagen
  • LC-Koordinierung mit Kunden und Banken Abwicklung fremdsprachlicher Kundenkorrespondenz (engl./span.)
  • Bearbeiten von Claims
  • Marktsichtung/Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Marktanalysen
