Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Verantwortung für die technische Leitung und Koordination von ECU-Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Body Control über den gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus hinweg
  • Steuerung von Projektumfang, Terminen, Budgets und Ressourcen sowie Priorisierung bei konkurrierenden Anforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller technischen Projektziele gemäß Kundenanforderungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Meilensteinen, KPIs sowie transparentes Projekt-Reporting
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken inklusive Definition und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsteams aus System-, Hardware-, Software-, Mechanik- und Testbereichen
  • Sicherstellung einer durchgängigen technischen Abstimmung aller Stakeholder
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen inklusive Eskalationsmanagement
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung relevanter Automotive-Standards und Entwicklungsprozesse (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434)

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung oder als Product Owner im Automotive-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung elektronischer Steuergeräte (ECUs), idealerweise im Bereich Body Control
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, funktionsübergreifender Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Automotive-Prozessen und -Standards, insbesondere ASPICE, Functional Safety und Cybersecurity
  • Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering sowie im Bereich Systemarchitektur
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz in internationalen Projektumgebungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, DOORS, Rhapsody sowie MS Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse agiler Entwicklungsmethoden und des V-Modells
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
