What are you going to do

  • Requirementsmanagement: Ableiten und Erstellen von Systemanforderungen mittels Doors NG
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Spezifikationen sowie technischen Dokumenten (z.B. System- und Interfacespezifikationen)
  • Erstellung von Angebotsanfragen und Bewertung von Angeboten
  • Technische Klärung, Koordination und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten-Durchführung von Reviews und technischen Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Planung und Steuerung von Dokumentenbeistellungen
  • Nachverfolgung von Dokumentenlieferungen
  • Überwachung von Technik, Terminen und Kosten (hausintern und extern)
  • Zuarbeit zu Vertragsspezifikationen (z.B. technische, vertragliche)
  • Planung von Aufgaben und Abläufen (z.B. Konstruktionsaufträge, Beschaffungen)
  • Erstellen von Prüfspezifikationen und Prüfanweisungen
  • Qualitätsprüfungen von Fremd- und Eigenleistungen (z.B. Geräte, Anlagen, SW-Systeme, Dokumentationen, Spezifikationen)
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Gerätedatenbanken (z.B. Siemens Teamcenter)
  • Unterstützung der Fertigung (Baubegleitung)
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme
  • Einsatz auf U-Boot für Inbetriebnahmen und Erprobungen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Gutes Systemverständnis und Erfahrung in der Systemintegration
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Selbstständiges und selbstbewusstes Handeln sowie ein hohes Engagement
  • Ggf. Reisebereitschaft
  • Bachelor oder Master Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik / Regelungstechnik oder 2-jährige Fachschulausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und spezielle Weiterbildung
