What are you going to do 

We zoeken enthousiaste IT-Servicedesk medewerkers voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in Amsterdam. Je ondersteunt interne gebruikers via telefoon en chat, lost wachtwoord- en wifi-problemen op, voert systeembeheertaken uit en beheert gebruikersaccounts.

Binnen 12-24 maanden kun je certificaten zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt behalen, waarmee je carrièremogelijkheden als Functioneel Beheerder, Cloud-specialist en meer opent.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Wij zijn op zoek naar een specialist die:

  • Minimaal een mbo 4 -diploma of een propedeuse in de richting van IT heeft.
  • Minimaal een half jaar stage of werkervaring heeft in een soortgelijke rol.
  • Ervaring heeft met Active Directory en ticketsystemen.
  • De Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift beheerst.

What we offer 

Je kunt bij ons het volgende verwachten:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris € 2700,- tot € 3000,- o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring.
