Introduction

We're hiring an HSS Performance Specialist for our client to join their team! You will be responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting reporting processes, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to uphold organizational standards in health, safety, and security. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

What are you going to do

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external HSS stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for HSS leaders and staff, including financial summaries, KPIs, and field leadership updates.
  • Data Management: Coordinate activities to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance within the HSS team.
  • Sourcing & Financial Support: Provide administrative support for purchasing, contract administration, financial reporting, and payment processing for HSS activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support HR continuous improvement reporting and assist FM team with improvement initiatives.
  • Communications: Coordinate and support communications, meetings, and activities related to HSS services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide operational assistance to the Head of HSS and Managers, including meeting coordination, operating rhythm, and special projects.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in data compliance and information management systems
  • Exposure to financial processes such as purchasing and accounts payable
  • Experience coordinating team communications and events
  • Strong administration and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of risk management support processes
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting
  • Understanding of health and safety principles
  • Required: Experience in Accounts, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Recommended: Background in administration management and stakeholder engagement
