What are you going to do

  • Design, Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung stabiler Testautomationsframeworks unter Berücksichtigung ökonomischer Rahmenbedingungen.

  • Optimierung und Erweiterung bestehender Frameworks unter Nutzung proprietärer Tools, Open-Source-Technologien oder Eigenentwicklungen.

  • Festlegung von Rahmenbedingungen, Prozessen und Richtlinien für den Einsatz der Testautomation und der Frameworks in Softwareprojekten.

  • Einführung und Implementierung von Testautomationslösungen, inklusive Integration in bestehende CI/CD-Pipelines.

  • Konzeption, Erstellung und Automatisierung von Testfällen für unterschiedliche Frontends (Web, Client, Mobile iOS/Android), Schnittstellen, Services und Backends.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, QA-Teams und Projektleitern, um effiziente und wartbare Testlösungen sicherzustellen.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Konzeption, Aufbau und Betrieb von Testautomatisierungsframeworks sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung und technischem Test.

  • Erfahrung mit Scriptsprachen (z. B. JavaScript, SQL, Ruby, Python) und Development-Technologien (z. B. Java, JUnit), inklusive Integration in CI/CD-Pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins).

  • Praxiserfahrung in Testautomation für unterschiedliche Frontends (Web, Client, Mobile iOS/Android), Schnittstellen, Services und Backends, inklusive containerbasierter und verteilter Applikationen.

  • Kenntnisse in der Anpassung und Integration von Automatisierungswerkzeugen sowie entwicklungsnaher Testmethoden in agilen Teams.

  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Hands-On-Mentalität, hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
