Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Übernahme der Key-User-Funktion im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (SAP)
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei allen Fragen rund um das kaufmännische Rechnungswesen
  • Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Workshops (z. B. Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung)
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie Identifikation von Schulungsbedarfen
  • Unterstützung bei Systemeinführungen, Updates und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere:
    • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
    • Anlagenbuchhaltung
    • Klärung offener Posten und Sachkonten
    • Buchung von Rechnungen (SAP VIM)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards im Rechnungswesen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen / Finanzbuchhaltung

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in:

  • SAP (insb. FI, CO, FI-AA, optional RE-FX, PS, IH)
  • Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung als Key User, im Application Support oder in einer Schnittstellenfunktion von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
