What are you going to do

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses von der Bedarfsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • Entwicklung zielgruppengerechter Recruitingstrategien sowie Auswahl geeigneter Kanäle zur Gewinnung qualifizierter Fach- und Führungskräfte
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Bewerberauswahlprozessen unter Berücksichtigung definierter Qualitätsstandards
  • Beratung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fach- und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Besetzungsthemen
  • Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate- und Hiring-Manager-Experience durch professionelle Kommunikation und Prozessbegleitung

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem, personalbezogenem oder psychologischem Schwerpunkt
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kandidaten und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Aufbau und der Pflege von Beziehungen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und ein strukturiertes Vorgehen bei der Steuerung von Prozessen
  • Affinität für moderne Recruiting-Instrumente, digitale Tools und innovative Personalgewinnungsstrategien
