What are you going to do

  • Du bist im Team verantwortlich bei der Suche und Gewinnung geeigneter Kandidaten für offene Positionen unserer Kunden und Projektbüros.
  • Dafür bespielst Du unsere Recruiting-Kanäle im In- und Outbound bis hin zur Qualifizierung geeigneter Kandidaten. Zu diesem Zweck nutzt du interne und kommerzielle Netzwerke und Portale.
  • Du bereitest Dokumente vor, stellst Compliance-Aufgaben sicher und hilfst bei der Kommunikation zu Bewerbern und Projektkollegen.
  • Du agierst damit als Counterpart zum Account Management
  • Je nach Leistung und Interesse kannst Du nach und nach auch komplexere Aufgaben übernehmen, zum Beispiel in der Projektarbeit

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Kontaktstärke und ein aufgeschlossenes Wesen, das gut sprechen, aber noch besser zuhören kann
  • zielsichere Menschenkenntnis und aktiv mitdenkende, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen und technischen Zusammenhängen und allgemein eine Affinität zur Technik.
  • Begeisterung für digitale und echte soziale Netzwerke
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind Pflicht, gute Englisch- und weitere Fremsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
