Brunel is hiring a Quality Program Manager to work with one of our clients in Houston, TX!

What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities

Change Management & Organizational Alignment

  • Act as a quality-focused change agent, guiding departments through improvements in documentation, communication, and execution of quality-related processes
  • Orchestrate change management initiatives across multiple departments and support organizations
  • Align functional groups that historically operated independently and struggled with ownership of quality-related documentation and processes

Quality Program Leadership

  • Serve as a Quality SME with strong working knowledge of quality assurance principles and best practices
  • Translate quality expectations into actionable, practical guidance for non-quality teams
  • Identify system-level gaps between the approved QMS and how functions are performed across the organization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with representatives from project execution, project development, procurement, maintenance, and other support organizations
  • Facilitate working groups and sub-groups to drive alignment, accountability, and shared ownership of quality-related activities
  • Identify linkages between departments and develop solutions to close organizational and procedural gaps

Documentation & Training

  • Develop, organize, and standardize training materials and guidance documents
  • Support departments in improving documentation where information is lacking, fragmented, or inconsistent
  • Provide structured training and communication materials to management, mid-level leaders, and supervisory teams

Essential skills and knowledge 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong background in MOC/quality systems, quality assurance practices, or operational excellence
  • Proven experience leading organizational change or program-level initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership, management, and supervisory-level stakeholders
  • Experience developing training materials, guidance documents, and structured improvement plans
  • Management or program leadership background preferred
  • Active quality certifications are not required
  • Oil & Gas experience is not required
