Introduction

Als QA Operations Specialist ondersteun je de productieprocessen in Borculo en zorg je voor kwaliteitsborging. Je neemt deel aan meetings, verstrekt kwaliteitsdata en helpt productieteams bij probleemoplossing. Daarnaast draag je bij aan QA-activiteiten zoals klantaudits, klantvragen en kwaliteitsrapportages. In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol in het verbeteren en handhaven van kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de fabriek.

What are you going to do

Als QA Operations Specialist ondersteun je de dagelijkse productieprocessen op onze locatie in Borculo. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteitsstandaarden door:

deel te nemen aan dagelijkse operationele meetings;
relevante kwaliteitsdata te verstrekken aan operationele teams;
productieteams te ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsgerichte probleemoplossing.

Daarnaast draag je bij aan diverse QA-activiteiten, zoals:

ondersteuning bij klantaudits;
beantwoorden van klantvragen;
opstellen van kwaliteitsrapportage.

Deze functie biedt een uitstekende kans om je expertise in kwaliteitsborging verder uit te breiden binnen een professioneel en samenwerkend team. Dit betreft een tijdelijke functie.

Essential skills and knowledge

Een afgeronde academische bacheloropleiding is vereist voor deze functie.
Enkele jaren ervaring in een QA-rol binnen de voedingsindustrie.
Ervaring met infant formula of farmaceutische producten is een pré.
Vermogen om te werken in een dynamische productieomgeving.
Pragmatische instelling en een hands-on mentaliteit.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende disciplines en niveaus binnen de organisatie.

Een bruto maandsalaris €3500-€5000 (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
