What are you going to do 

  • Analyse, Abstimmung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen und Methoden im Design-Prozess des Engineerings

  • Organisation, Moderation und Leitung von Methoden-Workshops und Arbeitskreisen

  • Entwicklung und Definition von Kennzahlen zur Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität in der Produktionsvorbereitung

  • Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Anleitung von Planern zur Fehlerbehebung

  • Erstellung von Berichten und Ursachenanalysen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, einem technischen Fachgebiet oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement

  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in SAP und MS Office

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis für die ENG-Phasen im EPC-Geschäft

  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung in Moderations- und Präsentationstechniken

  • Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
