What are you going to do

Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-basierten Prozessen in der Logistik
Einführung und Implementierung dieser Prozesse im täglichen operativen Ablauf
Analyse, Monitoring und Controlling der Ergebnisse
Kundenservice, Anwenderbetreuung und operativer Support
Aufbereitung von Informationen sowie Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit daten- oder KI-basierten Prozessen, idealerweise im logistischen Umfeld
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Daten und Kennzahlen
Hohe IT-Affinität und idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängigen Analyse- oder Reporting-Tools
Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
