What are you going to do

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Einführung eines strukturierten Projektcontrollings im Bereich Immobilien
  • Das Projektcontrolling beinhaltet Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten, aber auch das Nachhalten der Ressourcenplanung und Projektlisten
  • Sie sind ebenfalls verantwortlich für Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Projektbudgets, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Analyse und digitale Weiterentwicklung interner Berichte und SAP- Auswertungen gehören auch zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung Immobilien bei der Erstellung von BANFen und Leistungserfassungen
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung digitaler Workflows und Tools, zum Projektcontrolling inkl. Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Erstellen und Nachhalten von Immobilienbenchmarks inklusive Erhebung und digitaler Verarbeitung der Daten

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Sie besitzen eine kfm. Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling und digitalem Reporting (PowerBI / Power Query / Power APP)
  • Darüber hinaus haben Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP sowie Erfahrung in der Analyse und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise bringen Sie ebenfalls mit
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit digitalen Controlling-Tools, insbesondere der Microsoft Power Platform
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Bereitschaft, Kolleg:innen bei SAP- und Controlling-Prozessen aktiv zu unterstützen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektcontrollings
  • Auch haben Sie Freude daran, Strukturen zu schaffen, Prozesse zu verbessern und Projekte transparent zum Erfolg zu führen
