Works closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Coordinate with project managers and teams to understand timelines and milestones.
Manage all the correspondences and follow ups.
Collaborative work with teams, ensure a good communication skill and coordination with teams/ stakeholders.
Proactive approach to the program (time and cost) which leads on time delivery of the project.
Effective documentation management skill and proficient of follow ups.
Preparation of dashboards/ reports related to program.
The awareness of risks and their mitigation plans
Effective QA/QC abilities in reviewing the consultant's submissions.
Manage and organize project documentation, ensure version control and accessibility.
Ensuring that all project-related documents are accurately prepared, stored, tracked, and easily accessible in infrastructure and roads projects
Ensure that all affected documents are updated promptly following any changes in scope, design, or regulatory requirements, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
Provide regular status reports on document management, including any delays in approvals, missing documentation, or potential compliance issue
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
BSc Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in project documentation in infrastructure and road projects
Advanced skills, especially in Excel for data management and reporting. Efficient in Share point, Aconex, MS Office etc
Certified Document Control Professional (CDCP) is an advantage
