Voor onze klant in Huizen zijn wij op zoek naar een planner/coördinator. Jij bent de spil in het organiseren en stroomlijnen van werkopdrachten. Je zorgt ervoor dat personeel, materiaal en transport op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar in nauwe samenwerking met operationele teams, zodat alle werkzaamheden soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Jouw inzet draagt direct bij aan tevreden klanten en een geoptimaliseerd proces.

What are you going to do

Elke dag is anders. Je stelt strakke planningen op en houdt continu in de gaten of alles volgens schema verloopt. Zie je knelpunten? Dan speel je hier proactief op in en zoek je naar oplossingen om processen verder te verbeteren. Daarnaast analyseer je trends en stel je rapportages op om inzicht te krijgen in de prestaties en mogelijke optimalisaties.

Ook bewaak je de naleving van SLA-afspraken, zodat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Tegelijkertijd werk je aan de verbetering van planningssystemen, zodat het plannen in de toekomst nóg efficiënter wordt. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en probleemoplossend vermogen blijft de organisatie in beweging en presteren we op topniveau.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimaal een mbo niveau 4 diploma, bij voorkeur in logistiek of supply chain.
2-5 jaar ervaring met planning en logistiek.
Affiniteit met ICT en planningssoftware.
Sterke communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.

What we offer

Salaris tussen de €4000 - €4500 o.b.v. 40 uur.
