What are you going to do

  • Zu Ihrem Aufgabenspektrum gehört die monatliche termingerechte Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Überprüfung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen eines definierten Mitarbeiterbereichs
  • Das Vertragswesen und die Stammdatenverwaltung sowie alle im Bereich der Personalwirtschaft aufkommenden Tätigkeiten fallen ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stellen (z.B. Krankenkassen, Finanzamt)
  • Des Weiteren fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner für MitarbeiterInnen und Führungskräfte in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen und unterstützen das Team bei der Bearbeitung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und dem Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen


Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Personalkaufmann/-frau, alternativ abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute SAP- und Workday-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
