About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Operational Assurance Manager to join the team in a permanent role. The work location will be in Point Celeste, Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, implement, and periodically evaluate the Assurance Management System to ensure construction operations comply with all project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive start-up strategies for LNG production facilities.
  • Manage high-performance teams in planning and implementing start-up and operation activities across all process systems.
  • Establish and oversee robust SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) and PTW (Permit to Work) systems.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on pre-treatment, liquefaction processes, and cryogenic systems.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve KPIs for start-up and operations phases.
  • Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reporting of daily/weekly/monthly activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the start-up phase.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Liaise between construction, engineering, CSU, and operations teams.
  • Manage and mentor assigned staff in start-up and commissioning processes.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in successfully managing start-up and operations of multiple LNG production facilities in the US Gulf Coast region.
  • Solid knowledge of pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, SIMOPS, PTW, and liquefaction processes.
  • Experience with quality assurance and control processes in industrial settings.
  • Proven operations and start-up experience, including shift supervisor experience in a plant environment.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of all industry codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
