What are you going to do

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Montageteams mit bis zu 50 Mitarbeitenden
Sicherstellung der termin-, mengen- und qualitätsgerechten Fertigung der Produkte
Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung nach den Prinzipien des Lean Managements
Initiieren und Steuern von KVP-Massnahmen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung
Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Förderung eines motivierten und leistungsfähigen Teams

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung
Weiterbildung als Industriemeister / Werkmeister
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management
Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Offene, positive Haltung, auch im Umgang mit kultureller Vielfalt im Team
