What are you going to do

Angebotserstellung für die wohnungswirtschaftlichen Kunden im Zusammenspiel mit Vertrieb und Beschaffung mit Fokus Strom und Gas
Bearbeitung von Angebots- und Reklamationsanfragen und deren Klärung mit den zuständigen Fachkollegen
Telefonische Einweisung neuer Kunden in das Kundenportal
Unterstützung bei datenbasierten Auswertungen
Dokumentation der Dienstleistungen im CRM System
Mitwirkung bei der Angebots- und Prozessentwicklung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Energiewirtschaft o.Ä.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst im B2B Umfeld in der Energiewirtschaft und/oder Wohnungswirtschaft
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Angbeotskalkulation
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2)
