What are you going to do

  • Bedienen, Kalibrieren und Einrichten von Koordinatenmessmaschinen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von Messprogrammen mit Zeiss Calypso
  • Durchführung von Erstbemusterungen sowie Erstellung von Prozess- und Serienfreigaben
  • Koordination, Überwachung und Auswertung von Messungen und Prüfungen im Rahmen von Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekten
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Bewertung von Messergebnissen inklusive Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Messprogramme sowie der qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Messtechnik, Qualitätssicherung oder Qualitätsmanagement

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Koordinatenmessmaschinen und der Software Zeiss Calypso

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)

  • Ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
