Introduction

Our client, a prominent company within the oil and gas sector, is seeking a Maintenance Senior Engineering Specialist ICSS to join their dedicated team in Milan, Italy. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a major project while working in a vibrant office-based environment, five days per week, under a 12-month renewable contract. What are you going to do

What You'll Bring:

Proven ability to lead an ICSS Engineering Specialist Team and develop team members, ensuring objectives are set, reviewed, and achieved.
Extensive experience in ICSS maintenance plans, systems analysis, DCS and PLC systems, and gas turbines from various brands (GE, Siemens).
Adept in root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Skilled in supervising vendors, ensuring technical work scopes and compliance with contract deliverables.
Effectively review stock provisions, spare part availability, report generation, and procedure management within a high-stakes industry.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Control Systems, Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
20+ years of maintenance experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry, including 10+ years with LNG producing plants.
Specific expertise in integrated control and safety systems (5+ years).
