What are you going to do

Reporting to the Senior Estimator, the Junior Estimator will support the delivery of accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of commercial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting the Senior Estimator with scopes of works and tender submissions
Requesting, reviewing and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes
Completing basic take-offs and cost planning support
Assisting with tender documentation and project handovers
Maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation

Essential skills and knowledge

Have recently completed a relevant degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Estimating, or
Have 1-2 years' experience in a junior estimating or construction-related role

You will ideally bring:

Strong attention to detail and numerical capability
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in estimating
