Für unsere Hauptverwaltung in Bremen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) im Bereich des 1st & 2nd Level Support.

What are you going to do

Als IT-Systemadministrator:in sind Sie für die Installation und Einrichtung von Client Systemen (Thinclients, Laptops und MS Surface Produkte) zuständig.
Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie unsere Mitarbeiter:innen via Fernwartung oder persönlich vor Ort.
Ebenso tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die User Verwaltung in AD und Exchange.
Dazu gehören, dass Kategorisieren, Klassifizieren und Priorisieren von hereinkommenden Tickets via Freshworks.
Die Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Global IT aus den Niederlanden runden Ihr Profil ab.

Essential skills and knowledge

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar.
Anwendbare Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Produkten
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsgefühl
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und anwendbare Englischkenntnisse
