Introduction

What are you going to do

Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of all instrumentation and control systems on the FPSO.
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all instruments operate within specified parameters and comply with international standards.
Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and personnel assignments for the instrumentation team.
Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues, providing technical support as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed.
Prepare documentation and reports for project management, including progress updates and incident reports.
Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, operations, and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation supervision, preferably in the oil and gas or marine industry.
Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation equipment, and relevant industry standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
