HR Advisor

We're supporting a major heavy industry business in Perth that's looking for an experienced HR Advisor to step in for a short-term project. This role will focus on reviewing and refining HR documentation, working closely with managers to ensure everything is clear, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Partnering with managers to review HR documentation
Making recommendations for updates and improvements
Ensuring alignment with company frameworks and compliance requirements
Supporting the HR team with ad hoc advisory tasks as needed
Solid HR experience, ideally within heavy industry or a similar environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret HR frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Availability to start immediately for a 2-week assignment
Immediate start
2-week contract with a competitive hourly rate
Work with a respected industry leader in Perth
