Introduction

Für ein geplantes Großprojekt im Bereich Kesselhausbau suchen wir einen erfahrenen Gesamtprojektleiter (m/w/d). Das Projekt umfasst die Errichtung mehrerer Kesselhäuser in Deutschland mit unterschiedlichen Energieträgern (Gas, Elektro und Abwärmenutzung).

What are you going to do

Gesamtprojektsteuerung

  • Übernahme der übergeordneten Projektleitung für das Gesamtprojekt

  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Fachabteilungen, Teilprojektleitern und externen Partnern

  • Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Projektgewerke hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten und Qualität

  • Projektcontrolling und laufendes Reporting an Management und Stakeholder

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen

Koordination der technischen Gewerke & Detailengineerings

  • Rohrleitungsbau

  • Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik und Schaltschrankbau

  • Inbetriebnahme- und Abnahmeprozesse

Stakeholder- und Vertragsmanagement

  • Koordination von Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und Nachunternehmern

  • Unterstützung bei technischen und kaufmännischen Entscheidungen

  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Behörden und externen Prüfinstanzen

Essential skills and knowledge 

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Anlagenbautechnischer akademischer Bildungshintergrund

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter im Anlagenbau, Kraftwerksbau, Energieanlagenbau oder vergleichbaren Industrieprojekten

  • Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Gewerke

  • Gute kaufmännische und technische Kenntnisse im Projektgeschäft

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Projektpartnern
